Hello there!

I am having raidablebases, zonemanager, dynamicpvp & truepve plugins. I want it to be PVE everywhere except where I create zones with Dynamicpvp and zonemanager, it should be PVP. Everywhere else should be PVE. If I unload all plugins except TruePVE, it is still PVP everywhere. What am I doing wrong?

server.pve is set to false.
