Hi guys, I'm setting a PVE server up and would like to use your plugin so that I can disable player vs. player damage only (all other damages need to remain normal). I'm also using a host server so I am not the one installing the mod. How can I get your plugin to do this work for me?

I think you can just have "players cannot hurt players" set in the default rule set.  Set others, e.g. "traps cannot hurt players" to "traps can hurt players", or "fire cannot hurt players" to "fire can hurt players", etc.
