How to add a timed permission group, to a kit?

I use PlayerRankings@Ankawi with PlaytimeTracker to give players ranks (groups) according to the time spent on the server, those ranks are assigned kit (and other plugin) permissions . it might not be exactly what you are after but gives you something to work on.
