Duplicating permissions or atleast call something that is causing this

Hello, something in your plugin is causing or atleast calling for oxide duplicated permissions i found it with cooperation with Khan because first i reported this issue to GUIShop but he was only pasting message and nothing to do with his plugin. 

I use Timed Perms for granting temp groups (VIP for voting) and i saw spam in console similar to this one

(21:28:16) | [GUIShop] This user 76561############ is already in a group that has raidprotection.ui please remove duplication

Since i unloaded TimedPerms plugin this spam stopped, once i loaded plugin it started to spam again. 

Also my CPU draining was reduced atleast by 15-20% after unloading this plugin.

This is serious issue

Plugin is constantly granting out the same permission over and over to players who already have it (assigned from Group, i never use direct assign except this plugin)
