Hi there i have been using this plugin for some time with 0 issues but players keep msging me saying they are not reciving the role when they buy it i went in game and entered the command in console and it does not work, this is the command im using

addgroup {player} vip 31d

i have been using this command for some time and it worked fine now it just does not work sometimes it says there is a syntax error but the order of the command is correct? can anyone help me 

Also i tryed other groups it would work but when i revoke the groups from the user and try again  it wouldnt work 

This would happen if the player name contained spaces. Either wrap it in quotes like "{player}" or use their steam ID instead.
