I use TimedPermissions for VIP groups and it would be nice if the plugin could run a command on expire to reload backpacks etc.

Backpacks should automatically detect any permission changes. Reloading plugins everytime a permission expires would likely not be a great idea.
When my players buy VIP and are added to a group via "addgroup vip1 24h" for example, I need to reload Backpacks or they need to reconnect in order for them to get the right backpack size, same with expire.
