What exactly is the issue with it? The plugin hasn't changed, and doubt there would be an issue there being as it is universal. If a permission comes back as "invalid", then it sounds like that plugin that provides the permission is not loaded.

The chat bar command is valid, / grantperm will prompt for help, but granting the player permission has no effect. I have deleted the plug-in file and reloaded it. The plug-in cannot be used normally!

The plug-in has been loaded, because the input / grant perm will prompt for help, I use the permission system oxide.grant user stemid permissions is completely effective, but I do not have permission to use / grant perm stemid permissions 1D, and I cannot use it on other servers!
