I'd like to change the sun set and sun rise I'm not sure if this is right can someone please tell me ?

I posted in the plugin section but there is no owner listed and no one replied to it....My time of day is working the way I want it but I don't know how to add the hooks for sunset or sunrise that are so long I'd like to make them like one minute each here is my config file would someone be able to add the hooks and post it back ? 

What can we edit in the .cs file to set the Sunset and Sunrise times? I've set 119 minutes daylenght and 1 minute nighttime and nights are still too long...

Yeah thats what I needed help with I wanted it to go from noon to night in one minute and stay dark for 2 minutes but sunset and sunrise are still way to long.

Transitions are taking too long.
