i notice only time players get kicked is when TP (mosly out of tunnels) or admin issues

if given privs to a player, will they just be aloud to wonder under map? (if not killed)
is there a way to have it when trigged; Teleport them to either set location or back to beach(respawn but not killed)? if too much work for free plug in or more of teleport plugins issue then i understand. thank you

If they manage to get under the map somehow then yes, they probably can swim around.
