The plugin is working very well now, Thank you :o)
I did have the voting panel drawn twice at one point and had to click close twice but I cannot replicate it and I didn't really register what I did when it happened.

We use the plugin for players to vote on various topics throughout the whole wipe (1 week),
so this will probably explain some of my suggestions

Some suggestions.

• Configurable banner color.
• Configurable banner position (it's interfering with our GUIAnnouncements panel).
• Option for chat announcement instead of the banner (or both).
• Configurable vote panel title (Tell My Vote Panel).
• Configurable command alias (I would prefer the command to just be /vote)
• Timer for starting and stopping sessions or console commands so ex. TimedExecute could be used to start/stop.
• Reset counters on wipe.
• Support for GUIAnnouncements.
• Support for PopUpNotifications

I've figured out how to fix the double panel problem, now it seems to be OK.

For the suggestions :

• Configurable banner color => OK. It uses normalized color values ("rr gg bb aa", with values from 0.0 to 1.0)
• Configurable banner position (it's interfering with our GUIAnnouncements panel). => OK. It'll be a bit tricky to set (normalized values). I've also added size. Be carefull with it, the text must fit.
• Option for chat announcement instead of the banner (or both). => OK. One boolean for banner, one for chat message.
• Configurable vote panel title (Tell My Vote Panel). => OK.
• Configurable command alias (I would prefer the command to just be /vote) => OK. The command name is now configurable, and is myvote by default (retro-compatibility)
• Timer for starting and stopping sessions or console commands so ex. TimedExecute could be used to start/stop. => I've added a "max duration" timer for stopping session.
• Reset counters on wipe. => OK. Configurable, false by default.
• Support for GUIAnnouncements. => Maybe later.

I'm just going to test all of theses changes, and if everything is OK, i'll post the update 1.2.0
