When you have the polls running, the server takes a massive performance hit for some reason when the reminder notification pops up. Performance goes back to normal when the notification goes away. It is as bad as 1 frame a second.

Tried this on our server last night and it hung so bad it crashed all the players (and there were only 3 of us at the time) Server stayed up.. uninstalled after that.
