Hey there!

Like the title explains, I would like to save the tpgun in a loadout, so whenever they grab the loadout, they don't have to type /tpgun anymore. I would also like them to be able to keep the tpgun when they switch to another weapon and back, is there a way for that too?

Is there a way to achieve this?

This would require the complete rewrite of the plugin logic because currently (simply speaking) it does not give you a "teleport gun", it just makes you teleport when you shoot whatever gun you are holding, nothing to do with the item itself (I understand you might be confused by the title though)
