and before anyone asks yes i have given the right perms to the groups

As stated in the documentation, if a player has permission for multiple rulesets, only one will apply. You have to copy the ones from the first ruleset into the second ruleset. This means the plugin only supports a linear progression, which might not work for all server use cases.

To be honest, I have lost interest in developing features for this plugin and don't really recommend it. It was created when tech tree was new, and there were no other ways to control the tech tree. A more comprehensive blueprint plugin, which controls blueprint acquisition from multiple sources, would probably better suit most people's needs.

im only trying to limit bps throught the tech tree so would that bp one work better? but at the same time if i just combine those 2 perms it should solve the issue i was having
