Looksl ike this would be related to permission issues with your Rust server install.

Try reinstalling and moving it to your Desktop or into your Documents folder. Depending on your setup, folders in the root of your C:/ drive on Windows may not be created with the appropriate permissions.

It's weird because this is the only plugin that fails. I have around 67 other plugins so all were able to create the config file. It is a fresh install. Was only done about 5 weeks ago and haven't had any issues.

I'll give it a shot and see what happens. 

So that was in deed the issue. I was running it on a windows 11 system, and have since moved to windows server 2019 on a dedicated DL380 G9 server. Thank you. Seems weird that out of all the plugins this one was the only one that had issues. Good to know the fix though!

Glad to hear that this is resolved! Thank you for posting. I agree it's very strange that only the Tebex plugin couldn't create its configuration in your case - we will investigate this some more to see if we can reproduce the problem.

Just theorizing here, it might be related to the folder being in the root of your C:/ drive and not an additional subfolder. On our test machine, we run Rust from a SteamCMD install at C:/SteamCMD/steamapps/common/rust_dedicated. Maybe there's additional setup or permissions that Steam performs which prevents this issue.
