Hey there! To confirm, are you using the latest version of our plugin version 2.0.3? It appears this error may be from an older version of the plugin.

Make sure you have the latest version installed, then try tebex.forcecheck again. If errors are still occurring, run the command tebex.debug on and try using forcecheck. It will print out more information about what went wrong. Please post any errors that appear in your console.

Can you try enabling debug mode above and posting any errors that appear after a forcecheck? We will see the data as it was received from the Tebex API to see why things are failing.

Also, double check that the old "TebexDonate" plugin was removed from your plugins folder. I am not sure, but it could be possible it would be loaded alongside the new plugin if it is still in there. The new plugin is just named "Tebex".

Old tebex removed also config when tebex was updated.
