During the month of October Tebex has lost the trust in Tebex due to them not even being able to conform to there own TOS. In short Tebex ran commands on behalf of communities whoms players had subscriptions to packages, but tebex never charged the customers... instead they charged the communities!

I want to bring to everyone's attention to the recent Tebex issue that may have widespread financial impact to server owners utilizing Tebex for subscription-based packages.
A mistake caused by Tebex has resulted in packages/roles/value being delivered to the players buying the subscriptions, however, the server is now being charged back as a result of Tebex's error.
Despite section 5.4 of the Tebex Creator Agreement stating this source : 5.4 We will take complete responsibility for fulfillment, chargebacks and support requirements for all Digital Goods we sell as the Seller of Record. Tebex has said this is a "clerical error" that falls outside of 15.4 and they will not be changing course or compensating anyone impacted.
Response from Tebex:
We sincerely apologize for the technical error in the subscriptions (as mentioned in the email you received last week). Please note that we have taken all necessary steps to prevent this from happening in the future.
Regarding Section 5.4 of the Creator Agreement - We provide sellers with order fulfillment, dispute chargebacks, and support for your store as a requirement for being the Seller of Record. However, this missed payment was a clerical error outside of section 5.4.
Tebex experienced a technical bug, which needed to be corrected (in the attempted recapture on October 5, 2023). Unfortunately, any remaining/outstanding balance had to be recovered.
When asked how this isn't covered under "fulfillment", Pedro E. from Tebex responded: The order is considered "fulfilled" when successful delivery of the product is performed, which Tebex did. and the clerical error did not affect fulfillment. The product was delivered to the buyer.
This has resulted in balances ranging from a few dollars to $1,000+ being removed from server owners on Tebex from the currently known/reported instances. Again, this is due to an error on Tebex's part and not the fault of the server or storefront owner.
Please check your email for a message from Tebex to see if you are impacted, how much was deducted from you, and other details.
Again - Tebex delivered the packages and promised value to the player that is associated with the money now being removed from your account.
