This happens every so often. I find the plugin sometimes does not add or remove players this past year or more, the Sam time this plugin started breaking.

I would recommend using the RCON connection type in Tebex to execute the commands on your server. It's more reliable than the plugin.

I have been wondering about this. Are you able to explain what you mean by more reliable? Just that the commands are more likely to go through? I've used the plugin for about 6-12 months and had no issues, most people get their packages in 2 minutes or less (vast majority its basically instant)

I tried RCON settings with this, but it wouldn't deliver items half the time as well. Such a unreliable service. I ended up using a different system that is way better, nicer looking store, no locked features, and lower fees. It's a true donation system. This junky tebex doesn't even want you to use the word donate anymore on your donation store, it has become a joke and shadow of itself the past 3 years.
