It used to work and now it's not running commands anymore. I've tried resetting the secret key in case that works. It successfully retrieves store info when loaded. It would also mention in the maharlika store that the command was sent but it didnt run in the server.

I'm having the same issue. I reloaded the plug-in and it ran a few missing commands but not all of them.

I haven't changed a single setting in store or confit and it's still not working at this moment

I haven't gotten one, they asked for all this and then said they were turning it over to the appropriate team

Today seconds after I received a purchase notification, I reloaded TebexDonate and it immedietly sent my player their items.

The "o.usergroup add player vip" command is the one with the most issues. or just oxide permission commands in general

that's what I've noticed as well.  I followed up with a status update as I haven't heard back from them since 3 days ago

What do you mean? How do we do that?

do I need to run my rcon constantly or is it tebex site activated? also how does rcon know when to deactivate the vip?

neither option works that great.  my expiring vips never get removed, so I have to go in and manually remove them.  support is getting to be nothing more than a few emails that quit being answered in what seems like tebex is hoping the problem will either disappear or the person gets tired of sending emails as they rake in every penny they can
