Purchases not awarded in game after buying

I have the command for "when a player purchases this package" set to 'o.usergroup add {id} groupname', but the purchaser never gets added to the group in questions. The person how logged out and even waited for 15-20 minutes.

I had no issues activating the plugin on the server so I assume that's working fine connecting with the website.

Any ideas?

Thanks, but unfortunately that didn't help. 

I went into the order and clicked resend thinking it would execute the command again.

I reloaded the plugin, but I didn't see anything about the command being executed.

It turned out that I was expecting the purchase to be given immediately. It didn't get applied until the player joined the server.
It appears to work expected.
