Gifting isn't working as it should

It would seem that any time anyone gifts a package to another player, it goes to the wrong name.
It always goes to IGrief_UQueef, no matter what name or steam64id they actually enter.
I've had several people test this on 3 different servers.
And if I go and manually change it to the correct steam64id, it reverts back to IGrief_UQueef.

ive also had issues when people trying to give it doesnt seem to apply the name being used correctly

I use Tebex and don't have that issue, do you have the latest plugin from them?

I just gifted to one of my players and I have no idea who it actaully went to.. Captain Adventure?? I tried his tebex name, it would not accept it. So I used his steam name, and I think it went to soeone else. This plugin doesn't work for gifting 3 years later!

I asked them to fix this shit multiple times. You put their SteamID64 in it for the gift to work. The site just says to put their user name, which isn't accurate.
