Messages are not being sent to the discord?

I haven't changed anything important, maybe its the discord rate limit? Its the default 360 currently.

If you haven't please delete the config, re-download the plugin and then make sure you put your discord webhook where it goes. If that doesn't work, I'll need some time but, I'll just remake the plugin since it's been long overdue.
