Have you tried reinstalling the plugin or deleting the config? There may be a possibility that something happened and was edited at some point and time. Just trying to get the full gist. If neither of this works, I'll push an update the following day or two after.

I reinstalled the plugin on all servers, it seems functional! probably a config error! if I still have problems I will let you know
