Hmm, my testing didn't result in the behaviors you mentioned.
Ensure your version of both Rust and Oxide are up to date then download a fresh copy of TeamLeaderOnline and try again.

I did find an opportunity to improve the behavior upon loading the plugin. So watch for an update today.
