It will show resources in the cupboard and upkeep time to warn players when recourse is too low.

Yes it is suggestion but I could not set it as Suggestion, could not find the button before I post it.

Would this be a UI that shows up on screen whenever the player is within the TC area?

This plugin will warn players if TC has not got enough resources to maintain upkeep for 24 hours. It if it less then 24 hours it will warn the player with an UI.  Inside and outside the TC area.
