Is console commands only good for the Server console? 
I was successfully able to spawn a tank using

spawntank 20 58 40 

sadly it does not work on client console.
I guess what I really wanted to do is add this to the GUI shop.
this would be a great end Game Reward if they earned their way up the ladder.
