Lets say I want to increase the quarry crater chance for HQM, can I use this plugin with it too? Or does it nothing but spawn an entity or does it affect what the quarry or pump jacks will gather too?

This plugin overrides the spawning of the nodes used to place mining quarries entirely. So you won't be able to place a mining quarry when using it. It's mainly for giving use to survey charges again.

but you use survey charges to find a place for a quarry? but it wont actually give more then?
Yes but this plugin overrides the part to allows you to place quarries on them. So using this plugin will disable being able to use quarries.
