We already have Container Control by Hamster Mute. It does the same thing as I know. @Wulf duplicate plugins (with the same functional) must not be approved, hm?

Plugins that share similar functionality are approved at our discretion, but we generally try not to have more than 1 or 2 alternatives that do so, i.e. Game Menu and the other UI menu plugins.

In some cases, a plugin may get approved if the other is not found during the approval process as well.
