Does this mean that grenades can be thrown at players and they stick on them?

yes sir, with in a range set in the config.
Could you add other explosives like C4, satchels and bean cans?

The grenades won't hurt on NPC's or Bots it seems.
Tried it on my Zombies. They sticked to them but won't hurt them.
Can you change this?
