I just got this message in server console, what could be the reason?

The web request failed, so either Steam is unavailable, your server IP is blocked or rate limited, Steam SSL requirements changed, or something on the system caused it to not work.

The other question is already an open issue.

Hello,
I'm getting this error sometimes when the plugin needs to check steam members.

I get this error one day and other not, I mean I can get this error tomorrow but next day not. It's so strange.

It means the web request failed, nothing the plugin can do.
