Hello.. so I have one hoodie inside a chest and when I right click a hoodie in my inventory so it goes to the chest it just dissapears... any solution?

I was having reports of something similar on both of my servers.  I had my admin test extensively, and after much debate we moved to Stack Modifier for now.  I hate it as I've used this plugin on my server for 3 years now, but several players were getting very belligerent as they had lost C4, rockets, satchels and several other items.
