Two data files on my serverSolved
So i got myself my first rust server.. Sadly per 4netplayers which seems to be not so great.. whatever, i downloaded stacksizecontroller and uploaded it into the ftp oxide plugins folder. Then i tried to unload plugin, shut down server, edit StackSizeController.json in oxide/data and safed it. Restartet server, loaded plugin and now when i got to oxide/data there are StackSizeController.json and StackSizeController(1).json so one with regular settings and the one i edited. I just dont know what to do anymore. Completely deleted plugin and donwloaded again and so on but everytime i load the plugin into the ftp it generates 2 files. Any ideas?
The (1) in the name means it was duplicated, most likely on a Windows system and then uploaded. There will never be any (#) in the filenames normally, and the plugin wouldn't be what is generating that file. The file you want is StackSizeController.json.

The procedure to follow for best results is when a plugin update is available make sure you delete the previously downloaded one,
The best thing to do now is delete the Stacksizecontroller(1) from your server and also the DATA and Config.json files as well (just in case) , Then check your downloads folder and delete BOTH stacksizecontroller downloads, Then download latest Stacksize controller plugin and install on your server, When you have done that you can "unload" plugin or stop server and edit the data file.

Just be aware that on most occassions you dont have to delete the config/data/lang  files when updating the plugin's , you just delete the old .cs file and install the new plugin which will keep your configurations, IN some cases (usually notified in plugin update info on plugin page) you are advised to delete or backup existing files,

Is it normal that the stacks dont save after a restart? Already edited the data file and when i type o.reload StackSizeController it just works fine but do i have to reload every restart?

I do not know exactly what a linux server is but i rented a server at 4netplayers and they have this shitty webinterface for plugins.. Maybe thats the reason cause i cannot edit them directly in the http://ftp.have to download them from their cloud, edit it and reupload it.

Does the problem persist with only Stacksizecontroller installed? If so, could you post a list of your plugins?

Only with stacksizecontroller. All other have no need to reload after restart. 
I got:
Backpacks, Betterloot, Death notes, furnacesplitter, autodoors, infopanel, mymini, nteleportation, vanish, kits amd hide give text

Well well well guys i guess now its getting confusing :-D so, server crashed 2 times in about 20minutes then it was offline. I startet again and restartet after i startet. Now the plugin has safed and don't need to reload yay. Hopefully it wont crash again cause i have no glue why server went offline
But anyways thanks for the help guys. Plugins all run fine now!
