Using the spawnitem command doesn't force the item to spin.  Any way we can get this plug-in to do that?

Hey, I'm afraid this command doesn't directly/properly drop the item and it wouldn't be directly possible, though I've just checked it rq.

That's unfortunate.  Would love to have a plug-in that would do this.  Thank you, though.
