Can this be updated so players with this permisson can see first persion view?

yes, it was released in this patch. If you use this plugin you cant use first spectate. Would be nice if you had the option to use F3 to be able to change the camera view for 3rd and st.

yes it works fine since a few months, I use Spectate.cs for admins and Auto Spectate.cs for events for twich.
