Can't spawn when using mymini command first
Hello, my players have reported me that after the wipe when they use /mymini command, plugin just turn on the cooldown and don't spawn the mini, and after then they report to me and "hey its still the same thing again" but when I use /mymini command it spawns, I thought because I'm an admin that's why I could spawn, 

Players claim they build a 4square land base for mini, but can't spawn it.

is there any chance there would be a bug for it ? 
It is possible there is a bug, especially since someone else recently suggested that the data clear on map wipe, which was already implemented so it struck me as odd. I will see if I can reproduce this issue and make a fix.

Do you know when this started happening? v2.7.0 or v2.8.0, or sooner? Also, please paste any errors from the plugin if you find them in the server logs.

Very sorry to tell you that I am recently using 2.6.3, haven't updated to the versions 2.7.x or 2.8.x yet. 

Maybe when I update these, it'd be fixed but if other people saying similar errors, maybe there's some bug. I'm not sure what to do..

I suggest updating. Data clearing on map wipe was implemented in v2.7.0 so the person in that thread might have been using an older version as well.

I suggest removing the plugin, deleting the plugin's data file, then adding the new version. The config file doesn't require changes.

Also, the fact that you're running an older version can certainly explain why your players experienced this. You said "plugin just turn on the cooldown", but I'm wondering if it actually just printed the current cooldown to them, which would have been carried over from before the wipe. That would mean there was no actual bug with the spawning logic, just a bug in the data being persisted across wipes (which was fixed in v2.7.0).
