Would you like to expand the functionality of the plugin with a new transport? It would not be bad to add a passenger helicopter and a boat... 

There are some other general vehicle spawning plugins that support all vehicle types, such as Vehicle License and Portable Vehicles. I haven't really used them but curious if you have tried them since I don't want to implement another generic vehicle spawning plugin if it wouldn't be sufficiently unique.

there is no similar functionality. I had a redesigned your plugin, where the transport helicopter is screwed in with the same permissions, but the plugin is not supported of course. So I asked if the author would make this feature in his plugin :)

The author of this plugin is pretty busy so I'm unofficially maintaining it (the latest 4 releases were from me via GitHub). I'm also working on several other vehicle related projects (6 plugins scheduled). I'm not totally opposed to adding a scrap heli support in this plugin, but will have to run that by the author. My preference/plan would be to make a separate generic plugin for all or most vehicles since it's mostly the same logic just with some boilerplate for each vehicle type. There's a good chance I'll leave modular cars out of it since they are more complicated and there's a plugin for that already.

cars are much less popular on mod servers than flight transport... it is very convenient that you can call a team.
