yea not fixed see photo below the guy in the photo owns this and spawned it and its still telling him that and im in his clan and thats all i get

The feature only allows teammates, not clanmates, to access the copter. I don't see an indicator on your UI that you are in a team.

Clan support will probably be added later in some form.
