As an option it would be a good suggestion.

I like the abillity to do nomini on my server even when mounted.

I think this has been requested before.  If a player owns the copter and runs nomini while flying, that's on them.  If someone steals it and the owner runs nomini while they are flying, that's on the thief.  If the owner takes someone for a ride and runs nomini while they are flying, then that's simply hilarious.  Please explain the use case for this.  I'm not saying it's unnecessary, I am just having difficulty understanding where it is a problem ;)

Note that you can set the minimum distance at least so that the owner can't run it when the player is beyond that distance.

So if you were to kill a 3 man that was raiding (rockets,c4,explo)... You get into the minicopter with there loot, You take off... Then next thing you know. You are falling out of the sky with all the loot that you were able to clutch up and kill them for... Go back to the body and its looted... Id be pissed and 100% leave the server. Yeah its funny if you are naked and have nothing. But when players have loot that they worked for and then lose it to a disappearing mini is just kinda stupid.

I would definitely recommend not having this plugin installed on the server in that case, especially since the minis exist in the world anyway.

Well its different from having to go and find one and having the option to just spawn one in..... Were not asking you to perm make it that way... Just a option - true or false. 

It was hilarious on our server when 2 clowns that stole a heli fell from the sky.

They learn very quickly not to do it again. 8)
