Help - Moving the Smooth Restarter US to the Top Left Corner

Has anyone figured out how to move the Smooth Restarter UI to the Top Left corner?

I tried manipulating the UI position settings in the config file, but the plugin seems to ignore the change after I reload the plugin. Hopefully this is something easy I am missing. Can anyone offer guidance?

I figured it out. I wasn't reading the X and Y position values correctly that they had to be between 0 and 1.

I ended up using:
"UI position (X,Y)": "0.05, 0.96",
