Restart when oxide update is out, but only on Rust Update daysSuggestion

Is there any way to implement this? Obviously when a new Rust update is out and something with oxide is broken you want to auto restart so it can auto update the server. However when a random oxide update is released somewhere halfway in the month you don't need to restart it right away, it could easily wait another day.

I was thinking OxideUpdateOnly1stOfTheMonth: true or something like that. But you also have Rust holidays events. So maybe there is a better way to implement this? Maybe only on a specific day of the week (Thursday) that you force oxide updates if that is easier to make?

I have been having a somewhat related issue, where it finds a new oxide update and restarts the machine, but DOES NOT update oxide and instead reboots multiple times a day. I changed "Restart when new Oxide.Rust is out": false, for now to see if it helps
