SmoothServer Restarter triggers OxideUpdater even after Oxide Version has been updated via OxideUpdater upon server startup.  After server is online, intiates countdown and shuts down.  I am going to disable the check for now.

I do not encourage usage of third party tools which interfere with plugin's functionality or affect it in any way and cannot provide help for such scenarios here. Only conflicts with plugins posted on uMod are investigated

Issue was resolved by host.  I was given access to change server settings to "Always On"
