I needed to be able to warn players about certain things a restart would cause, like raidable bases would disappear. So now that Smooth Restarter decides when the server will restart, I need to be able to execute certain commands at certain times prior to restart, and i am pretty sure would be useful for more than just messages ([{15m prior, execute ###}, {5m prior, execute $$$}])
