Sorry for opening a thread, could not find a way to do this if its possible.
Since my hosting offers automatic restarts, is there a way for me to still have the UI and notifications enabled but restart disabled. so plugin should not turn off or restart the server only show UI and notifications about upcoming restart?

Why would you need that? If server will be restarted anyways, just leave it as it is. Or disable restarts from your host.
