This mod works 100% and there is no issue with it. I am having an issue with the restart setting things like "minicopter.population 1" back to its default population of 0 each day the server restarts at 6am. So I am having to type all my population commands and so on daily or they will not be in the server. Is there any way I can make these commands stay through the daily server restart? Is there a mod I can use to run these commands for me right after the server restarts or something like that? Please elet me know, thank you.

That isn't really something plugin manages, you'd need to set those in your startup .bat/sh or server.cfg file for Rust.
