@dIMjIM, not in most cases, very few cases.
@Hawker, make sure you actually set your language to something other than "en" on your client or server with the 'lang' command. Also keep in mind that not all plugins support localization via broadcasting in languages that players may have set, only the server language.

- Edit the messages under "en" or create "de" and use 'lang de' command on server itself
- Reload the plugin using 'oxide.reload SmoothRestarter' on the server itself
