(I didn't want to overload the other thread but wanted to request this for your consideration.)
My hope was to create a pool of items that players 'might' be able to receive after the restart. This way the reward they get is more dynamic. They know they'll receive something, but they can't bank on the fact it'll be an AK each time - similar to the way to loot system works in the game - there's some luck to it, but military crates have good stuff.
So imagine you had a list of items (ak, c4, launcher, each ammo type, etc.), and they are set to get any 2 of those items.
- Restart 1: They get AK and 1 C4
- Restart 2: They get 2 rockets and a double-barrel shotgun)
- Restart 3: They get corn and a rocket launcher
The permissions are a great touch and I will consider how to use that - but it can't compensate for the dynamic randomness this would provide. If using permissions, I'd want to use it in conjunction with the randomness anyway.
Ideally, maybe, there would be a configuration setting:
- Number of rewards: 3 OR
- Min Rewards 2 AND Max Rewards 4
