It means you cannot delete it as it cannot be found in the list that you are trying to remove it from. Try removing it manually from the datafile if it keeps being an issue after reload.

i added the skin and it tells me this
well, the shortname indeed does NOT exist. there is no such shortname. what did you run though?
im trying to skin the green tshirt and the sortname in the code is tshirt's but it doesnt work

if i type skin get with a green shirt in my hand thats the sortname it gives me
well, it is not the "tshirt's" - there is NO shortname with a ' in it. You misunderstand what the shortname means I guess. Shortname for tshirt is "tshirt", literally
