Fraser do you allow non moderators or admins to add skins?

What I have done is requested moderators only add skins before a restart or if an admin is around to f1 o.reload Skins

when you add a new skin the plugin just needs to be reloaded. 

I wouldent let random players add the skins for you.

Thanks Chill, no its just admins, but its so gosh darn annoying to reload the plugin when trying to remove 100 skins when in the previous version, this didn't happen.  I did it eventually with a lot of reloading the plugin lol.

And misticos - it is horrible what Russia is doing in the Ukraine - Human rights atrocities being committed on the daily- so yeah i get it - first world problems with a broken plugin.. #istandwithukraine

you can also remove them manually in either the data or config file I forget what one
