Hi, is there a way I can allow certain players to have access to specific skins on the workshop, unique to each player?

What do you mean by unique to each player? Like, so that they add them manually with a command?

Anyways it is possible with API (means needs a separate plugin created).

Basically I want to award players special workshop skins that I create based on what they accomplished last wipe, like a hoodie skin for the most time played for example, but only one person on the server will have that skin at a time.

Why not use permissions for that?
