Noticed lately that some images do not match the items , such as doors etc.
Thought it was a file number issue and checked it against skin database. and it is correct, Door is a door etc.
I removed the item from the skins config and reloaded the plugin.
Added it back and it still shows the same. Same wrong skin and item.
Moved the possition on the skin item on the skin config list. It followed when I reloaded it back into game.
Even tried placing it and seeing if the skin loads correctly. It did not.
Only thing I have not checked is if others have the same thing going on. This is my next step.
From what it sounds it is local. and not on server

Ok even after verifying the Steam Install files it still did not work.
Only thing that seemed to work is uninstalling the game and reinstalling.
