I can revoke the skins.admin permissions for users and groups using oxide.revoke user playername skins.admin and it does what it should, no problems.

But, when I type in oxide.revoke user playername skins.use it does not revoke the permissions for using the skins.

The message I get back says Player 'playername' revoked permission 'skins.use' and the player can still access the skins. 

I have tried it on a few different servers with the same results.
